1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Modular System Warranty
Cozhaven offers a lifetime warranty on the frame and hardware of our modular systems. Fabric and cushions are covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling or cushion softening, is not covered.
3. Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the contiguous United States. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A $50 restocking fee per module applies to all returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
4. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect information to process your order and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
